What We Will Do
When you request information or a quote concerning your particular copy needs you can expect a reply within 24 to 36 hours, unless otherwise posted on our website. We will contact you initially by e-mail, promptly followed up by a phone call to discuss your needs.
If we determine that Distinctly Written Communications can benefit you, and we take on your project, you can expect a number of things to occur:

We will work closely with you, listen carefully, and offer suggestions to help make your copy understandable, effective and outstanding.

We will write your copy, submit the first draft, and make any necessary changes quickly and cheerfully so that the final product is written, edited, polished and completed within a reasonable period of time.
The finished product usually takes two to ten working days depending on the size of the project. Most projects can be turned around in 48 to 72 hours.
What We Won't Do
As much as we love to write, there are a few jobs we will not take on. We will not write anything slanderous, immoral or degrading. We will not write any copy to be used for illegal purposes. If we feel that your project does not comply with our ethical standards, we will let you know immediately.
